By accessing or using StartSimple AI (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. StartMadeSimple Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

StartSimple AI is an AI-powered business clarity tool that generates customized Business Clarity Reports based on user-submitted business ideas. The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide business insights, recommendations, and action plans.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
The Service is offered for a one-time payment of £14.99. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. We do not store your payment card information.
4.3 No Recurring Charges
This is a one-time payment. There are no subscription fees or recurring charges.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Business Clarity Report, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at [email protected]. Refund requests must include your payment confirmation and reason for dissatisfaction.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when using the Service
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not submit content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates any laws
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
- Not use the Service to generate reports for resale or commercial distribution
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership of Service
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by StartMadeSimple Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any business ideas or content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your submitted content solely to generate your Business Clarity Report.
7.3 Generated Reports
Once generated, the Business Clarity Report is yours to use for your personal or business purposes. However, you may not resell or redistribute the report as a standalone product.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the generated reports
- Guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
The Business Clarity Reports are generated by AI and are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional business, legal, financial, or tax advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, StartMadeSimple Ltd SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE (£14.99).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StartMadeSimple Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party services, including Stripe (payment processing) and OpenAI (AI report generation). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
